Agricultural farm

The ZRB group manages projects in the form of agricultural settlement on agricultural plots on state land and private land.
On farms, where most of the families who live own the land, we supply farm operational and management teams.
On the farms, there are areas that are divided into different categories. In order to supply infrastructures and conditions that are convenient for settlement, ZRB divides the areas into cell for field crops, plantations, greenhouses and areas for raising livestock (cattle, poultry and similar).
The farms’ conduct is based on the economic principle of a profit and loss center so that the aim is to create a culture where the bodies conduct themselves independently and carry out commerce with one another because of the size of the farm, which requires delegation of authority and organized management.
Land in the farms is cultivated by hired workers trained in the different agricultural branches who specialize in operating heavy machinery and agricultural means of cultivation, irrigation, packing, marketing, etc.
The farms are based on civil infrastructures such as: the farm owner’s residence, a residential center for managers and workers, a kitchen and dining room, management offices, refrigeration, a packing house, sheds for agricultural equipment, storerooms for fertilizers and chemicals, an energy center, water purification systems, meteorological stations, etc.
In the process of planning and building the farm, we emphasize pumping and conducting water including road infrastructures including water channels and bridges. As part of the model, we emphasize facilities for raising animals and supplying the required feed.
