Community agricultural settlement

The aim of community agricultural settlement is to settle a large number of residents in an agricultural area, while building an employment system around the farm, developing and improving the residents’ education and knowledge of agricultural subjects and agricultural crops, training and placement of the members of the community for the purpose of employment in the field of agriculture and creating jobs for the surrounding settlements.
A large logistical center will be built in the settlement that will meet all its needs, from agricultural needs to servicing and hiring agricultural machinery, buying seeds and fertilizers and ongoing care of the farms.
In every family’s plot, a rural home will be given that will include an adjacent plot for private farming, which will be managed and run by the householders. The householders will be able to make use of the settlement’s logistical center for help with problems and questions about buying raw materials for farming.
Services and public facilities will be provided in the settlement, including: electricity, water, sewage facilities, draining, roads, communications, gardening and landscaping.
In addition, community services will be provided, such as: kindergartens, schools, a clinic, a bank, a supermarket, a covered community center, sport grounds and playgrounds, etc.
In order to ensure the success of the residents’ farms and the settlement farm, a study center will be built that will include the management offices and the agricultural school that will specialize in a variety of professional fields and will meet the needs of the place’s residents and the residents of the area.
